Recap, that textures can be created by using mixed media to produce art pieces using various painting techniques. Stippling involves the use of paint, pen or pencil to create textures and patterns by repeated dots. Sponging involves the use of sponges to apply paint with texture

Students are instructed to paint an orange fruit using both stippling and sponging technique with the use of sponges and colored pencils as their tools.
