1.Religion and Political Freedom
It gives citizens freedom of religion,speech,press,petition,and assembly

Gives all power that wasn't specifically given to the US government to the people or the states.
Issuing license like divers licenses and marriage licenses.
2.Right to Bear Arms
Protects citizens rights to bear arms.
We are able to go hunting because we are able to have guns.
8.Limits of Fines and Punishments
prohibits excessive fines,bail,and cruel and unusual.
Charging a million dollar fine for littering.
9.Rights of people
States the list of rights in the constitution is not exhaustive.
If there was no right to health insurance because it would cut the freedom of all of the citizens.
Rights to a speedy,Public Trial
Guarantees a speedy trial of one's peers.
You will have to go to court but it's ok the trial will only take a few moments.
7.Trial by Jury in civil cases
It shows that civil cases be tried by juries.
You have to have a jury to go to court.
4.Search and Seizure
Prevents government from searching or seizure of a property.
You need a warrant to search a house if you are a cop.
3.Quartering Troops
Prevents government from placing troops in private homes.
If a soldier came home they would have to have permission to live somewhere.
5.Rights of Accused persons
Gives citizens rights to choose not to testify in court if they feel there own statement is good enough to help them.
If someone was in court and they like there statement then they don't have to testify.
