Work with the behavior specialists in the school.
Hope Has a program called Spinnaker that helps teachers work with children that have learning disabilities and might show negative behaviors in the classroom. They will provide the teacher with the child's IEP so that the teacher can be sure that they are providing the right accommodations for the student.

Even if the child does not have an IEP the Spinniker program is still there to help the teachers. If a teacher is having trouble with a student they will sit in thew class and observe the teacher. They will then give an PBIS breakdown of what the teacher can do.
Hope also has licensed clinical counselors on staff so if a child is displaying negative behaviors after the teacher has used PBIS and Spinniker, the counselors can step in and also see what they can do to help reduce this behavior and change it into positive ones. https://www.hopecayman.com/clinical-services.html

Students are undermining the teachers lecture and using emotion to try and sway other students from following the teacher's lesson.
1st: I'd try to calmly explain to the student, where he might have certain beliefs that not everyone has that same belief and this is a Science class and not a Religious Studies class. I'd also mention that if he has any concerns that he is welcome to come and speak to me after class so that we can come up with a solution together.
2nd: If the student continues to speak out. I would offer him a break to chill out in the hub and he can return to class once he is ready to learn properly.
3rd: If the student continues to bring up the issue after speaking with him and giving him breaks during class, I would schedule a meeting with myself, the student, and the dean of discipline to see how we could work this out together.
Depending on what the parents, student, dean of discipline and the teacher comes up with if this continues further there will be automatic consequences. All negative behaviors will be written into Gradelink so that the teachers and administration can see if this is a pattern between the two students.

Write a letter home to let the parents know what is happening in class and how the behavior is affecting other students in the class.
Possibly have a sit down meeting with the parents to see why this is happening and if the student will be able to continue this class without any interruptions. Religion can be a very touchy subject for all parties involved.
Hub Pass- This can be used as a small break to let the student calm down and redirect their behavior.
