      - B. Structural & mechanical design code shall be specified or agreed by the purchaser
      - C. Purchaser & Vendor shall mutually agree to comply with applicable local/national regulation for the equipment
      - D. Purchaser shall specify the design temperature & pressure
  - - - Shall incorporate flame retention device/aero method to maintain steady combustion
      - Air/Steam Injection shall not disrupt basic flame stabilization (if Apllied)
      - Pilot & Ignition system has to be able to maintain stable combustion of the main flame for specified service & envitonmental condition
    - - Steam condensate shall be drained from the internal steam/air injection point & from any muffler surrounding these tube assemblies
    - - If flare system safety consideration include valve bypasses then each shall have a fail safe device ( If flare is the final protection system)
