Step Two
Register names in MI
Step Three
Create a folder add to it the original request
Step Five
Check if the request is trigger based case / Non trigger based case
Non trigger based case
Check if response required or no response required
No response required
Prioritize TAT based cases first
Generate the following and add them to the customer folder:
-AOD
-CDD
-Remittance report
-Project IRS report
-ECDD Template with Macro
-Site Visit (For Entities Only)
-Related Parties Documents
-Customer accounts report
-Customer account statement
-FTR for transactions during and after 2017 Only
Begin with creating ECDD Template
Once you have created ECDD template with MACRO kindly double check using project IRS

Interim Response
Make sure providing Interim response during the period given
Things must be included in the interim response
-Customer Accounts
-AOD
-Account Statements
-Remittance Report
-FTR if after 2017 Only
-Mention the Trigger
-Mention that this is ONLY interim response and the final decision/response will be sent shortly
Generate the following and add them to the customer folder:
