intraarticular injectons
- joint replacements
- consider PPI
avoid with aspirin
- topical only for knee / hand

- high bone density
- femoral dysplasia
- hypermobility
XRAY changes
- decreased joint space
- subchondral sclerosis
- subchondral cysts
- osteophytes
DIAGNOSIS
45 yo
activity related joint pain <30 min stiffness
SECONDARY CAUSES
- trauma
- metabolic:
heamochromatosis, acromegaly, hyperparathyroidism
