A public company must have at least five members and and the company name must end with the appropriate corporate suffix, e.g. ‘Limited’, ‘Corporation’, ‘Incorporated’, ‘Société Anonyme’, ‘Sociedad Anonima’ or abbreviations ‘Ltd’, ‘Corp’, ‘Inc’ or ‘S.A.’.
