Physical Therapy Clinic and Assessment of Idea
Does the idea fit my personal vision
The future I envision
I hope to build wealth for my employees, my family, and myself. Physical therapy is a very profitable business in the health industry.
A fair and compassionate company
Physical therapy is helpful by nature, and is an excellent route towards success.
Personal Philosophy
I hope to create an ethically good company for the employees and the customers, so that every one involved benefits.
Are the rewards adequate to offset the risks associated with this venture?
Risk of Business failure
I could fail to have enough clients, and I must sell myself and my clinic well to various doctors and firms expressing how good my business is. I need to be an instant recommendation for a certain tier of injuries. Perhaps specializing in brain rehabilitation could help to fill a rare niche.
Risk of Personal Failure
I may fail to perform well in school, or give up on myself. I cannot set aside the concept that I become so depressed i won't be able to be a successful business owner.
Risk of failure to practice
If any malpractice happens, I must be prepared with a well thought out insurance and collateral policy to ensure reputation is not too damaged.
Do I have the talents and skills to implement this idea?
Knowledge skills
I do not have all the knowledge yet to be a practicing physical therapist. I need time and a lot of motivation.
Accounting Skills
I have to learn proper accounting skills to ensure I am taking care of all the money in my business, and assure everyone gets paid properly.
People skills
I can be sociable with people professionally very well. I hope my demeanor will attract clients to come back.
