Types of Motion
RECTILINEAR MOTION: Motion in a straight line.
TRANSLATION MOTION: When a body shifts from one point of space to another.
ROTATORY MOTION: When an object rotates or spins on an axis.
CURVILINEAR MOTION: Object moving in a curved path.
UNIFORM CIRCULAR MOTION: It is constant and perpendicular to the motion in acceleration.
VIBRATORY MOTION: Object moving back and forth.
UNIFORM ACCELERATED MOTION: It is constant and parallel to the motion in acceleration.
OSCILLATORY MOTION: Object repeating the same movement over and over.
UNIFORM LINEAR MOTION: It is zero in acceleration.
PERIODIC MOTION: Motion repeated in equal intervals of time.
