        Verify if the issue is with one file or multiple
        • Open the application and try to open 1 file and see if it crashes
        • Open and close a few more files
        • If the application only crashed for 1 file, the issue is with the file. I can help you look into this further. Just ask me about, "Issue with a file causing Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc) app to crash?" Once complete, test your Office 365 application.

        Open application in safe mode to Check if issue is being caused by an addin
        • Click the Start button
        • Type Appname /safe (example: PowerPoint /safe)
        • Please follow the steps that caused the application to crash initially
        • If the application doesn't crash, your issue is due to an addin. Please ask me about "Issue with Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc) App crashing due to Add-in?"
