What are their impacts?

Heavy rainfall over 100mm a day which causes flooding and sometimes landslides . High Relief may exaggerate rainfall casing them to exceed 500mm
storm surges result from the pilling up of water by wind driven waves and the ocean rising up under reduced atmospheric pressure
