A 22 y/o fat, male went into the clinic complaining about cramps in his calves, thighs, buttocks, back, shoulders and increased fatigue. He explained that he has been doing intense workouts fro the past three weeks which include weight training for an hour every day and treadmill for 45 minutes/day 4 times a week. He also explained he is losing weight instead of gaining it making him work out even harder.
