More science lessons because the bigger students will be better at science
You can get lots of money from more students coming to the school.
More money means we could have a canteen.
More friends to play with
we can expand the school with more money.
We can buy more things for the school
more students = more MONEY!!!
Easier to get more help with learning/educational needs and in the yard because their are more teachers
It would save the builders time because they don't have to build a new high school.
Making Moerlina into a high school saves resources that make pollution such as building materials and concrete!
The High school kids can teach the primary kids so the teachers don't have to work as hard and the school could save money on relief teachers if a teacher was sick.
We are not as strict as other schools so it means high school kids will get less upset and stressed
If high school kids don't know their basics they can get more help from primary teacher.
In BluEarth the High School kids might hurt the Primary school kids because they are much bigger!
High School students waste a lot of money on resources because they want their own things and they don't share.
it would cost a lot of money to build a new building for the high school. If we didn't build a new building it would be too squishy!
The high school Students might bully the primary students
Teachers could get angry at the high school kids because they think they are the boss of everything and everyone.
There is more chance of kids getting hurt because the bigger kids do bigger experiments that could be dangerous /because there will be more kids playing on the oval.
We will have less play space
It will make more pollution
School fees will go up meaning that the our parents will pay more money to the school.
We would have to knock down the oval or the Carnaby or build a roof higher or destroy the nature to fit the new classrooms in.
We would need to make the car park bigger meaning we have to knock down more.
Having more students will mean an increase in traffic in the area which will upset the neighbours and the government.
we might lose primary school kids because of the changes

It is easier to provide classes up to year 10.

By adding another story on it could be a way to add more windows and more light meaning the school could be more energy efficient.
The art room was once used as a year 7 classroom. it could be used for this again.
If we did have a high school it would cost more money to pay the teachers.
Perette says it would take 2 years which means some people would have already left and graduated.
Making the building and paying for tables, chairs, furniture etc. could cost hundreds of thousands of dollars and Moerlina can't pay that amount of money easily!
Construction noise would be distracting.
rebuttal: Noise, The builders making the Kindy room did the loud noisy work during recess and lunch.
The money we fundraise is used now, we don't put it away as savings. that means we don't have enough money to save. Where would the money come from to build a building? Would we lose our current resources?
WE would have to do a lot of fundraising which would mean the adults and teachers have to work harder!
