Hydration
Respond to an urgent situation as soon as possible.
Hydration is to supply water or liquid in order to maintain a healthy balance.
Dehydration can cause: headaches, tiredness, lack of concentration, reduced mental performance and dry skin.
Recommended amount of water consumption: 6-8 glasses of water, EVERYDAY.
At birth, 75% of our body weight is made up of water.

Always be with an adult when you're in the water, No. Matter. What.
When swimming at the beach, stay in between the red and yellow flags.
If a friend is stuck in the pool, don't get in as you could also get stuck in the water, get them to grab a sturdy rope, and pull them in.
When riding on a bike, make sure you're wearing the right gear and make sure that you're following the safety regulations.
Make sure that your helmet is approved of by the Australian Government.
When using a bike, make sure to walk across the pedestrian crossing, instead of riding.
Be sure to check your bike before you ride, so that everything is running smoothly and that you don't get hurt.
Handlebar grips should be tight and not loose.
Bikes should have a form of warning device to warn people that a bike is approaching.
Make sure that wheels are free spinning and not tight.
Pedals should not be worn out and free spinning.
