D is check any possible danger

R is for response: try to find a response from the person by pinching their solders.

S is for send for help and call 000

Sleeping

Why do we sleep? We need to sleep because it is a time for our body to relax for the long day of work. And it is also for our minds to relax and our body to grow.

Lack of sleep cam cause: Tiredness, yawning, bad temper and feeling irritable,
lack of concentration, you just don't feel like you can be bothered to work or do anything active

A is for Airway I the airway clear? Are they chocking on anything

B is for breathing is the person breathing? Check if they are breathing by putting you head lightly on their chest or lightly puting you hand over their mouth.

C is CPR if an adult is unconscious and not breathing, make sure they are flat on their back and then place the heel of your hand in the centre of their chest and your other hand on top and press down firmly. repeat it the pace and keep on doing until the ambulance gets there. Remember do not get of the phone

D is for Defibrillator – for unconscious adults who are not breathing, apply an defibrillator if one is available.

Children under 5 should be in arms reach and children under 10 should be in an adults sight

Always teel someone when you are going surfing and when you expect to come back

Don't surf near swimmers

Water helps you maintain a healthy balance

Tiredness and dry skin

Dehydration causes:

6-8 glasses of water a day or 3 or 4 bottles a day

Plain natural non sweetened drinks

Water makes about 60% of our weight

People can survive up to 50 days without water but only a few days without water
