Recovery Position
kneel beside the person and roll them gently on their back. with the arm closes to you put the hand on their opposite shoulder. the arm furthest from you lie it straight outwards. lift the patients leg into a bent position. gently holding their shoulder and leg push the person away from you gently

Treating a nose bleed: lean the persons head forward. make them squeeze gently their nose. make sure to hold the tissue under the nose but not touching it
Bandaging a Wound: to Bandage a wound make the person hold their arm above their heart or lie them down with the leg elevated. place a medical pad on top of the wound and then start to wrap the bandage around the wound not to tight but not to loose. tuck in the end of the bandage when done
Creating a sling:put the person hand on opposite shoulder. put the long end of the triangle fabric under the arm still in place. pull the left corner of their shoulder and grab other corner and tie together

Hoppers Crossing Youth Centre The Youth Resource centre allows ages 12-25 to use their facilities for different needs. over the school holidays they have a holiday program which is a lot more independent than other holiday programs.
