Sex vs. Gender
Sex is the label assigned at birth due to the genitals of the baby. Gender is the preferred relation between opposite or same sex constructed socially.
Sexual Orientation vs. Gender Identity
Sexual Orientation is how a person feel attracted towards another. Gender Identity refers to the biological sense of the person being a male or female. Usually, gender identity is aligned with sexual orientation but there are times that they don't.

CONTROLLING CONSUMERISM
Consumerism
the act of spending money in exchange of commodities that satisfies ones needs and wants.
It is considered as a factor in building one's identity.
It could also be a form of addiction that greatly affects the spending habits of an individual.
How to avoid consumerism?
Exercise intellectual independence by thoroughly thinking on the things that matters more than those that doesn't have much importance in your life.
Consume less and live more. Do thing that would give longer satisfaction than how products could.
