Adjust prices and styles accordingly so that there new stores in different locations have a recipe to succeed.
To be a super successful company they may need to tone back on the high fashion aspect of things. This is been working for them, but for some areas of the world it is different and casual appearance can be more desired.
There are stores with outdated systems that could use upgrades. Instead of focusing an effort on expansion completely we would like to improve some existing systems.
