        Some foods are HBV (high biological value) and contain all 9 of the essential acids
        
        Includes meat, milk, poultry, cheese, fish, eggs, Quorn and soya
        
        Other foods don't contain all of the acids theses are called LBV (low biological value)
        
        They should be eaten with other foods to get all essential amino acids, these are called complimenting foods
        
        Vegan, vegetarian and other limiting diets rely on combining LBVs in order to get the right nutrients
        
        e.g. beans on toast, dhal and rice, hummus and pitta bread
        
        They include nuts, pulses, seeds and cereals
      - The rest can be made by the body from the other proteins eaten
