Lack of progress in education, social situations, and play
Shy child who used to speak to familiar people at age 3 but slowly began regressing in language
8 year old female
No articulation or hearing issues and speaks perfectly fine with her mother
Makes occasional eye contact with family friends and family members
Client is being bullied at school and teachers are treating her as if she has a cognitive impairment
She is physically able as well as cognitively able
Mom has tried speech therapy, counseling, and medication but it has not helped
