Homogeneity attack: using a database that hasn't been obfuscated correctly, to obtain information about a person
Background attack: even with an obfuscated table, can still infer something about the person if you know their background
I-diversity principle
A q* block is I-diverse if it contains at least I "well-represented" values for the sensitive attribute S

If can't guarantee diversity for a record, don't include it
