Trapezius : The trapezius elevates, depresses, rotates, and retracts the scapula, or shoulder blade. Innervation of the trapezius is derived from the spinal accessory nerve.
Pectoralis Major : responsible for movement of the shoulder, flexion of the humerus and adducts the humerous ( The Pec )
