3 types of muscles
Cardiac: Long, cylindrical, branched, with a single central nucleus. Is found to be involuntary, has striations, forms the heart and is joined to other incarcerated discs.
Smooth: Spindle shaped cells with single central nucleus. They have no striations, is involuntary, and is found in hollow walls and eyes.
Skeletal: long, cylindrical, & multi nucleated. Attached by tendons to bones.
