Some of the chemicals involved in nutrition are carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorus, and sulfur. The tissue cells use the nutrients to make Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) through cellular respiration. The tissues involved are epithelial tissues, and connective tissue. The organs involved are the same as for digestive since its how the body is able to get nutrients, so everything in the alimentary canal and the accessory organs pancreas, liver, gall bladder they are needed to break down food to nutrients the cells can use for energy to maintain healthy body. The systems involved are the digestive, respiratory, and urinary. Nutrients is necessary for other body systems, including muscular, cardiac endocrine,
nervous, and urinary because in order for anything to work energy is needed and the only way to get it is by getting adequate nutrition.
