Explain rules or policies (if any) business organizations should implement for employees using social media after office hours. Be as specific as possible.
Get your employees to sign NDA's. This will ensure that they don't share sensitive information and if they do it gives the company recourse.
Let employees know that the harassment policy extends beyond the workplace and their actions outside of the job can be detrimental to their position.
Discuss the communication barriers a manager might encounter when using social media to create an organizational internship program.
From your recent readings and experiences, suggest guidelines managers and organizations could follow.

Describe when Job was fucked up by poor communication by higher up: Difficult to get changes made because of the disconnect between levels.
What went wrong?
Because of the different levels in our organization, requests for changes are often ignored simply because they are not understood.
What were the communication obsticales and how could they be avoided?
Filtering -> Connect the people with ideas to the people that can make the changes.
National Culture -> Change decision tree to be more attainable to western people.
How would this strategy work on a global scale?
Filtering -> No because of how many people are involved and affected.
National Culture -> yes, we could all benefit from being bent more towards other cultures.
What negative impacts could have been avoided
Specifically, running the wrong program, dealing with imperfect situations.
