Lipids:Fats, phospholipids, waxes, oils, grease, steroids

These macro molecules are commonly seen in foods like Grain, Rice, Vegetable, Meat and Fish etc. They are also in the form of multivitamins and tablets( could be in liquid form) At extreme state, they can be taken via intravenous injection.

FUNCTIONS
Her thin fragile appearance could be due to low or lack of foods that contain carbohydrates and protein. Another thin lacking could be vitamin D wwhich increase the calcium level necessary for bone formation and strength

Her shaky movement could also indicate loss of calcium( no vitamin D) which helps to build up bones and muscles, this can affect her immune system

Loss of hair could indicate lack of proteins, vitamin A and Vitamin B7 deficiency. It could possibly affect the nails, and vision later on.

Her sallow skin and yellowish eyes could indicate low intake of vitamin A and foods( liver oil, butter, liver from animals) that contain this vitamin. It can affect the immune system in the long run.
