        f) Any person had administered a substance capable of overpowering them .
      - Conclusive presumptions
        
        section 76 if either of the following are proven beyond reasonable doubt then the defendant cannot argue against them.
        
        Some form of deception - intentionally as to the purpose of the act.
        
        impersonating a person that is known the the complainant.
