Introduction: Prior to the late 2010s, a new wave- Korean pop (K-pop) culture made its own way and accomplished tremendous effort in capturing a rising popularity in Asia and rest of the world over the last 10 years. With western pop bands and singers once dominated the era of pop music, the Asian music market is introducing a whole new genre of music. Outstanding features including K- Pop star's good looks, amazing dance moves, and catchy lyrics captivated the hearts of most fans over the world. Nonetheless, factories of production is profoundly applaud for contributing "Kpop" as a worldwide recognition. In this essay, I strive to argue the production agencies' progressive breakthroughs on music export along with the core, precision packaging and marketing on its music production were keys to unlock the successful achievement, mass acceptance, rising globalization, and the iconic features of K-pop in today.
