HSBC has been heavily accused of due to the three problems caused.
By adding objectives to improve customer service and employees, HSBC hopes to regain the public's trust
2019 Interim Report
HSBC boasted 'In our eight scale markets, we achieved a top three ranking and/or improved by two ranks in customer satisfaction'.
They also wrote 'We are on track with our commitment to reach 30% women in senior leadership roles, de ned as positions within HSBC’s global career bands'
The number of contractors at 30 June 2019 was 9,647, a decrease of 1,207 from 31 December 2018.
