Interpreters
Sign Language interpreters provide access that helps Deaf people to interact with hearing people. ASL interpreters are in critical need for fluent and well reading ASL interpreters.
Can do freelance interpreting, work for schools, hospitals, agencies, government, and other places in the community.
Interpreters need to understand the process of translating from one language to another and how to convey the translation so that the meaning is not lost.
Also a need for qualified ASL interpreters to provide Video Relay Interpreting and Video Remote Interpreting. Even though you are fluent in American Sign Language, that doesn't make you qualified to be an ASL interpreter.
