How to make a storyboard
- Represent what the camera will see
- Have different shape such as squre, widescreen etc
- By drawing the arrow pointing to the left, we show where the character is moving
- Make sure that your arrow are easy to read and make sense
- Dolly movements are typically drawn with one arrow
- Both dolly shots and zooms can also be illustrated by placing arrows in all four corners of the panel
- Alternative to storyboard
- Use the original artwork from comic etc as storyboard
- Also can ideotape your pre-vis
- Don't need the actual set, costumes or magical flying speeder bike to test out your ideas
