In the society of the Chronicle of death foretold novel, women are seen as lower priority to the man, where there are seen as objects of pleasure and marriage had a huge role in their lives, where as the women living in the Mosauan society were regarded as almost equal to men, they were not objects of pleasure neither did marriage deterimine a woman's entire imahge.
