Social/Ethical Concerns
The concern about an invasion of privacy is raised especially because it collects info from the device's system and uses the data to determine how/when it is being used.
Use of information gathered could raise ethical concerns in terms of possible data brokers gaining access to the information gathered from mobile devices and selling that data.
The very high limitations on screen time could raise social concerns about the actual benefits of cellular devices. With a limited time, students can't gain access to application software such as Google Classroom for homework assignments especially under the hour periods of screen time free time.

The first solution would be addressing the problem of sharing data with the company. Some people would be uncomfortable with sharing the time they spend on each app with a company who might sell their information.

The benefit from this is that the user will get the health benefits from not being on their phone as often while still being able to get work done.
However, the downside to this is that the user is still looking at their screen regardless.

One possible primary stakeholder to this IT system could be data brokers. The data collected from the Moment Family application has the possibility to be sold across many data brokers for many different reasons.
