What's a scratch card?
Inside some of the products we sell on Amazon we put a scratch card with a chance to win a prize (usually the prize would be a discount or a free product)
After scratching the card, the user receives the following:
The card claims the prize (in this case a "large dog toy set" and a discount (in this case, 50%)
The user get's a winning code. In this case he code is: LT5427
The user receives the website where to redeem the code - In this case it's www.amz-stuff.com/play

The user goes to the website that's on the scratch card

From this point the user has 2 choices
The user clicks on Facebook Messenger
The code is for 33% discount
No need for aple to do anything.
The code is for 50% or 70%
The user clicks on contact form
The user left the name, last name, email address, winning code, Amazon order ID
