I have a vague idea of the project, lack of an update on the state of art, but ready to contribute

We believe it is an interesting projects, just waiting what to do
Doubtful to see the connection with the initial aim of FtF, collaboration and co-creation is missing
It is expected that HR should engage people, but how we can contribute to that?
Project not created just to make people busy, we want to co-create value for people

Build on the platform other things like visibility, rewardings, CV, employee of the months to leverage the ambitions of the people because we are approching talented people with ambitions to learn more (is it in contrast with the aim of the project?)

Define the level of tasks required, what's the profile that we seek?

INITIAL AIM
Teams and projects overloaded and would be nice to have more people. On the other hand, there are people who have a light amount of work. How can we combine these two? Aim is to create a job rotation for people who wants to try something new and help other teams and projects.

Everyone is overloaded, everyone can do more if I add something or you do somenthing that you love. Aim is to have the opportunity for people that if they want they can catch the opportunity even though they are busy.
