Phase 3: A Special Education Needs Eligibility and Individual Education Plan
An Individual Educational Plan also called an IEP is produced.

Teachers help draw up an IEP
accommodate that student with any educational aids in the classroom.

Use multiple choice testing questions or word banks
Extending test times
Use color coding organization tools
Access to assistive technology such as spell check, speak to text, or text that is read aloud programs.
