        Self evaluation (button) - mandatory
        opens the screen with form which includes the following columns
        
        Desired Job
        (job title which user wants to achieve)
        Needs to be pre-filled by the manager?
        
        Activity
        (list of activities which the user will be required to do on this job)
        these activities should be created by the admin while he creates a job?
        
        Skills - mandatory
        (list of skills which required for this activity)

        Info button
        by clicking this button user will see the popup with instructions on how he needs to operate with this form
        
        Current Job
        (the current user's job title)
        
        Explanation of levels
        in this text area, user can find the description of each skill level which can be selected during the evaluation process
        
        Save button
        helps user to save the current data in this form before leaving the page. if user clicks this button before leaving the page - all data he filled in the form would be saved but manager will not be able to see them yet.
        
        Print button
        allows user to print the data from the current form
        
        Submit button
        with this button user can save all the data he has entered in the form and send them for the review to manager for approval/
        
        Confirmation popup
        After clicking Submit button user will see the popup with the few variants: back to the evaluation, go to the simulation test or he can also start the individual test by clicking the appropriate button
        
        Simulation test (button) - mandatory
        by clicking this button user will be moved to the start screen of Simulation test
        
        Simulation test (start screen)
        shows user the overall information about the simulation test. contains with the following elements:
        
        Test title
        shows user the title of test
        
        Test Duration
        text field which shows user the time limit he has to pass the current test
        
        Test description
        contains the text which explains what is this test needed for
        
        Start button
        by clicking this button user will start the test

        Results tab
        
        Formation category
