Umbrella Academy
Sir Reginald
I chose Morgan Freeman to Play Sir Reginald because In many films such as Lucy or Glass where he is able to play very cold characters. Sir Reginald can be described as a rich man that doesn't talk much and has strict rules. If Morgan Freeman were to play this role I would feel his monotone voice would make him even more believable.

Diego
-
-
I chose Kevin Alejandro to play Diego because one of his biggest actings skills where shown on the show Lucifer. He was able to protray a cop that didin't follow the rules for his own petty reasons. The character Diego also has a childish personallyity of never growing up and keping a superhero persona . Also I put two actors from the same show inro this show becuase they very nicely off of each other which would be great for their character interaction.
Number Five
-
-
I chose Karan Brar to play Number Five because he knows how to play a semi-serious character. In The Umbrella Academy at 13 years old Number Five gets stuck in the future that leads him to age 50 years. He then heads back to the past as a teenager but mentally a grizzled old man that acts like he's seen it all. He is used for the plot of the story but also as comedic relief. Karan would be perfect for this part because in the shows Jessie and Buncked he played a boy named Ravi that was kind of goofy but also very strict with rules. If he used his ability to be strict and transformed it into an old man it will make him perfect for the role.
Harold Jenkins
-
I choose Alex Lawther to play Harold because I feel that personally he will be able to portray a manipulative person. Alex's work in the end of the fing world showed me that he is capable of playing roles that keep a lot bottled up. With that said I seems right that he will be able to channel this energy into actually going through with a self-centered plan unlike in his show where he doesn't. Also with the stoned expression, he can keep, it makes him a great fit to be an antagonist.
-
Vanya
I choose Hailee Steinfield to be the main character Vanya because she is very good at playing parts that have to deal with emotional immaturity. In the show, Vanya is seen to be still hung up over how she wasn't involved with her siblings when they were younger and stood out like a black sheep. Hailee is good at emotional outbursts which fits the character nicely of whom she becomes later on.

-
luther Hargreevs
I chose Chris Hemsworth to play Luther because he has a similar build to the character and that he is able to portray emotional vonrollbility. Like in his work in Avengers Endgame when he had to portray Thor processing the death of his friends

-
Ben
Avan Jogia would be a perfect actor to play Ben. In the show, Victorious Avan played the role of a teen named Beck. Beck is a respectable individual that always supports his friends even if it means giving honest advice. During Umbrella Academy Ben helps his brother Klaus get a handle and quick his drug addition. During this time he wouldn't let Klaus out his sight and even cheered him on as he was going through withdrawal. When Avan played Beck his character would always ask what's wrong with his friends and give them a solution. Avan has natural compassion and shows that in his work, thus making him perfect to be Ben.

Klaus
-
-
I chose Tom Ellis to Play Klaus because he is able to show a playful and flamboyant side which is a huge part of Klaus's personality. To add on Tom can play emotionally broken characters like Lucifer Mourning Star from Lucifer which is important because Klaus has to deal with inner struggles around his powers of seeing ghosts.
Allison
-
I chose Zendaya Coleman to play Allison because I know that she is excellent at portraying different emotions that are no way similar. If you look at Allison in the show it can lead you on that she has a very selfish nature and tendencies to match. When Zendaya played Rue from a tv show called Euphoria is shed a light to that character as somewhat selfish for snapping at the people she loves even though she wants to get better.
