Ambience
The ambience of the store would have a simple theme. Keeping the store nice and bright can somewhat mimics the idea of the customers being in a very eco/environmentally friendly store. Thus enhancing the idea of sustainability.

Customer Service level
dress code, level of service, personal selling, returns and refunds policy, fitting rooms
The dress code at my shop would be that they all wear the same clothes making it easier for the customers to recognise them.
Level of service: There will be customer service policies in place to ensure the level of employees is consistent as well as friendly and helpful to the customers.
There will be at least 4 employees in the store to ensure that there is personal selling in place. Although, this depends on how big the space is.
There will be a 3 week return policy which allows customers to change the product if needed. Although, a receipt will be needed in order to change the product as well as all the tags still on the products.
Fitting rooms: will need to be clean after every 2 working days as well as large enough to be able to change comfortably. There will be 2 employees in order to help customers if they need help.

My target market are aimed at customers who are aware of where their clothes came from. This can range from all age groups, although focussing on females.
