Calvin Cycle in stroma
3 Carbon Dioxide (respired by organisms that do cellular respiration) and 3 RUBP are turned into 6 PGA using the enzyme rubisco (ANABOLIC)
The 6 RUBP are then turned into anonymous by hydrolyzing 6 ATP into ADP (from light reaction)(EXERGONIC/CATABOLIC)
6 Anonymous is then turned into 6 G3P by using NADPH (from light reaction) (EXERGONIC/CATABOLIC) as an energy source
One G3P (half a glucose) is pushed out of the cycle and into the stroma waiting for another G3P to form one glucose
The other 5 G3P is turned back into 3 RUBP by hydrolyizing 3 ATP into ADP (CATABOLIC/EXERGONIC) and goes back into the cycle to combine with 3 other carbon dioxide
