Predator Odors
通過用化妝棉(任一性別的4個不同的家貓)擦貓的頸部區域獲得貓毛的氣味。Cat fur odor was obtained by rubbing a cat’s neck region with a cotton pad (4 different domestic cats of either gender).
TMT (FerroTec, 4 μl of 100%), 2-PT (20 μl of 1%), PEA (20 μl of 10%), rFeld4 (20 μl of 1 μg/ml).
除rFeld4外,將液體調味劑在PBS中稀釋,等分並在-80°C下冷凍。Except for rFeld4, liquid odorants were diluted in PBS, aliquoted and frozen at -80°C.
