the printing press- an invention of the renaissance that revolutionized how books were printed, making it easier and faser for ideas to travel.
common sense- a pamphlet written in 1776 that helped fuel the american revolution by inspiring colonists to join into the fight for freedom
the dleclaration of independence- the document written by thomas jefferson as the ultimate break-up letter with king geroge III. he stated citizens have unalienable or god given rights of life, libery, and propery
the social contract- an enlightenment philosophy of the renaissance that expressed if a government was abusive to its people that people should end the unhealthy relationship. it also stated man had certain rights that could not be taken away by any king, including life, liberty and property
