He is celebrated in many places, including SouthEast Asia, Thailand and Bali. There is also a yearly festival for him in Rajasthan, India.
He has had many wives, including the most important one, Sarasvati. She gave Brahma the four Vedas.
His sons include the Seven Sages and the gods Kardama, Pancasikha, Vodhu and Narada, who was a messenger for the gods.
He is often colored red with 4 heads. He had 5 but Shiva cut one off after he was lustful for his daughter. He also has 4 arms.
He was born by springing from a golden egg, creating good, evil, light and dark. He also made four "Types": Gods, demons, ancestors and men.
Demons were born from his thigh during this period, he then abandoned his body which turned to night. After creating good gods, his body became day. Now, gods rule during the day while demons rule at night. Meanwhile, anscestors are dusk while men are dawn.
After, he pointed Shiva, a god, to rule over humanity.
