with out bile, tripsin, pepsin, DNAses, RNAses, etc. certain basic essentials for the body is not able to be absorbed and/ broken down
you diet will have to become very basic and extremely broken down to the point where it can be absorbed easily (will not require the process of being broken down)

basic nutrient needed in the human body: carbohydrates, Proteins, Fats, and nucleic acids; all of these play vital roles in physical and chemical reactions in the body.
