Line Graph

On a line graph you have a line of best fit. The line of best fit connects as many of the points as possible. If for example there was one point that didn't fit with the rest of the results you wouldn't make the line wonky you would just not go through that point. Example below.

The point/points that don't fit with the rest are called anomalys or outliers. For example in this picture it is the one that is not on the line of best fit.

Precise and accurate
Precise-If you are very precise then you are very careful. You are doing an experiment and you get the same answer each time then you are being precise
Accurate-If you are accurate then you have got the right answer. You are measuring a block and the teacher has the correct measurement. If you have the right measurement then you were very accurate

Evaluation
An evaluation is an estimated guess of the number, amount or value of something
Fair test
A test is only fair if you keep all the conditions the same. Say the experiment is how high the ball bounces.
