原因
此任務主要是為了為了推行公車系統做準備，在公車行徑道路上裝設監控系統。
目標
利用監控系統配合公車管理系統提升聖文森國民眾大眾運輸工具的安全性與可靠性
內容
此任務已從2019/1/25開始籌備，已由前一位派駐聖文森的學長完成協助監視系統的規劃與勘查，等我過去以後即開始接手協助監督監視系統架設
