Definition:
Aboriginal Treaty Rights is a treaty when they give consent to things such as living on reserves. Most First Nations were fine with it as they would recieve many rights with it, but it was not delivered. They did not get it such as more freedom as they had hoped and had known that the more they argued, the worst it could have got. They had signed a treaty that allowed the government to take away everything they owned.
