Radar Utilities
Where 'capabilities' are shared / no clear ownership - Create a radar and get a regular cadence of involving all stakeholders in keeping it up to date. Enable proliferation here, but encourage re-use through comms.
Calendar for the year for update of all of the info required, so we cycle round the areas based on importance. No more 'annual IT Strategy' Continuous delivery of roadmaps, with periodic impact assessment.
