justice in Australia ultimately means that people should treat each other in a manner that is fair and balanced

Paliment: 1st reading (lower house), 2nd reading (lower house), 3rd reading (lower house), then repeat steps in upper house, Governer General
there are two ways laws can be formed: through paliment (satutory), and through court (common)

the bills are propsed by the people and are then given to the local council to decide whether or not it is a bad idea, if it is decided as a good idea then the politician will take it to parliment

are rules as such not really laws, it is obided by some people but doesn't get called up by the police if not followed
