Anti - Bullying
Psychological
Psychological bullying is when your bullied mentally, and the person bullying you takes advantage at your mindset. They'll use what you know to your disadvantage.
Psychological bullying can happen when your down, such as, a family member has a funeral, your not talking to anybody, your not being social.
Physical
Psychical bullying is when your hit, punched or seriously injured during a long period of time.
Talk about it with a trusted adult at home if they notice that you've been harmed during school / after.
If you are not noticed, talk to your teacher or somebody in the school to be noticed about what's happening with you.
Abusive
Abusive bullying can happen anywhere, where you punch, kick, abuse and etc. It's a part of psychical bullying.
It also includes abusing from parents, which is something called Child - Abuse. There's lots of foundations that help you if you ever have it.
Cyber

People can make images on photo shop with you being punched in the face by them, which can be psychical bullying in a nutshell, but also psychological, making you feel weak.

Verbal
Verbal bullying is when you bully people verbally. Verbal bullying is using your mouth, such as, the person bullying you says "YOUR TRAAAAAAASH!" or "God, he's so annoying!" something around those lines.
If your being bullied verbally, capture it on a voice recorder and show people. If you don't have it, you can hide others near the place they usually shout at you for more evidence when they hear about it.
Emotional
Emotional bullying is everything. Literally. It can be criticizing people verbally, to being sarcastic, to

Racism is when your calling black people "black" and berating them verbally just because of their race.
